Camping World Set to Acquire Edmundson RV in Indiana – RVBusiness – Breaking RV Industry News
LINCOLNSHIRE, Ill. – Camping World Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: CWH), the “World’s Largest Recreational Vehicle Dealer,” today announced that it is set to acquire Edmundson RV in Edinburgh, Ind.
The location currently operates 34 service bays and at closing will span nearly 18 acres and serve as the company’s first exclusive Forest River location in Indiana.
The transaction is anticipated to close in the first quarter of 2024 and will increase the Company’s Indiana location count to four.
“Edmundson RV has a strong presence in Indiana and helps widen our No. 1 position in the state,” stated Marcus Lemonis, chairman and CEO of Camping World. “It remains our goal to increase our dealership count to over 320 locations over the next five years, through a combination of acquisitions, new store openings, and manufacturer exclusive locations.”
