Record Number of Vendors Set to Attend ARVC’s Conference
The National Association of RV Parks and Campgrounds (National ARVC) expects the expo at its Outdoor Hospitality Conference & Expo (OHCE) to be huge this year — with more exhibitors, innovation and networking opportunities than ever before, according to a press release.
With more than 120 exhibitors already signed up for OHCE in Orlando, Fla., the event is poised to be the largest on record. More exhibitors are signing up every day and many are participating in both the Expo and the Hosted Buyer Program, according to National ARVC officials.
“You can look forward to high-quality exhibitors that provide products and services that will optimize your business,” states the release. “Exciting opportunities await within this extensive list of dynamic businesses. The return of the Hosted Buyer program this year also means you can network with the industry’s best, and schedule face-to-face meetings to fill all your anticipated needs.”
You can view the full exhibitor list and the list of exhibitors participating in Hosted Buyer meetings here.
All the exciting new innovations developing in the outdoor hospitality industry can be experienced or purchased at this year’s Expo. Attendees will be able to tour eight different park models, check out electric bikes and vehicles, review the latest in reservation software systems and purchase merchandise for campstores, all in one place.
The Hosted Buyer program gives attendees the opportunity to attend the entire conference (not just the Expo) for free, with literally no strings attached. Attendees are already coming to meet with exhibitors at the Expo, so National ARVC has made it easy to schedule those meetings and get credit which results in free registration. If you are a decision maker at your park, you can apply to be a Hosted Buyer.
There is no purchase required and all you have to do is meet with six participating exhibitors of your choosing — so why not get your registration for free (a $495 value) for doing something you’re planning to do anyway? Hosted buyers also get access to a VIP lounge, free food and entertainment and get to skip lines at registration.

OHCE2022 is Nov. 7-10 in Orlando, Fla., and registration is open now.
