The winners were recognized during the RVDA’s 2023 RV Dealers Convention Spotlight on Excellence luncheon held on Nov. 7 in Las Vegas.

The recipients were chosen based on year-over-year improvement in reducing RECT time, which is vital for successful dealerships in the RV industry. RECT remains one of the biggest differentiators for successful dealerships. Managing RECT helps dealers spot possible service shortcomings and focus on making improvements.
