Leatherman’s New Limited-Edition Tool Has an Ultra-Tough Knife

While it’s upgraded with 21st century materials and functionality, the Leatherman Batch 005: 40th Anniversary tool draws inspiration from the original that put the Portland, OR-based brand on the map.

The 40th Anniversary design comes packed with 20 tools, but it weighs just 8.65 ounces and measures a tidy 4.25 inches when fully closed up. Like all Leatherman multi-tools, it has a wide range of implements to cover a variety of jobs, including adjustable spring-action pliers, an electrical crimper, a saw, a pair of scissors, a pry tool, a screwdriver, and more. (Don’t worry, there’s a bottle opener as well.)
