Find ‘Leadership Pathways’ at RVDA Convention/Expo
Leadership development consultant David Spader, NCM-SBM, will present “3 Pathways to Achieve Your Leadership Potential” as a special session for RVDA’s Leadership Roundtable. This half-day course is offered in conjunction with the 2023 RV Dealers Convention/Expo for an additional $124 fee and has been made possible by Gulf Stream Coach for eight consecutive years. With attendance capped at 50 dealership professionals, early registration is encouraged.

The Leadership Development Course is scheduled for 8:00 a.m. – 11:45 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 7, during the 2023 RV Dealers Convention/Expo. The convention/expo will take place Nov. 6-10, 2023, at Paris Las Vegas.
Spader founded All-Win Leadership™ Solutions and spent more than 20 years as one of the lead consultants, coaches, and trainers for Spader Business Management and their 7,000+ client companies. His area of specialty includes leadership development, succession planning, strategic development, company culture, and effective hiring practices.
In this highly interactive session, Spader will utilize three distinct, motivation-based leadership assessments to help attendees better understand why they do what you do. It will also help attendees understand their fit with various management and leadership roles, including which ones to avoid. This dynamic session uses small groups, competitions, and lecturettes with Q&A to ensure interaction and engagement.
The three assessments will explore the following areas:
- Explore Your Natural Energizers and De-Energizers
- Identify Your Personal Values Patterns
- Recognize Your Work & Non-Work Interests & Passions
Approximately a month prior to the course attendees will be sent the information to complete these assessments and will be given two weeks to complete them.
