LEBANON, Tenn. – National Indoor RV Centers (NIRVC), which is known for continually innovating and improving the RVing lifestyle, is creating a brand-new VIP showcase, the company announced in a  release.

As part of a grand opening celebration at its Nashville RV Lifestyle Center, Brett Davis, the founder, president and CEO of NIRVC, announced the company will host the first annual Music City Motorhome Expo, June 4-7, 2024, at the Wilson County Fair Grounds in Lebanon, Tenn. The fairgrounds is just 11 minutes from the NIRVC Lifestyle Center.

The Music City Motorhome Expo is a VIP, all-inclusive event where interested buyers can get an exclusive preview of 2025 Class A gas and diesel motorhomes from brands like American Coach, Entegra, Fleetwood RV, Holiday Rambler, Newmar and Winnebago. There will also be Class B and Class C motorhomes from brands like American Coach, Entegra, Grech RV, Pleasure Way and Winnebago.

In addition, major component manufacturers, like Allison, AquaHot, Cummins, Equalizer, Firefly, Freightliner, Girard, HWH, Koni Shocks, Lithionics, Michelin, Oasis, Silver Leaf and Valid, are expected.

“We’re creating a boutique, VIP event for RV enthusiasts, so they have four days to leisurely explore new models and engage in uninterrupted, in-depth conversations with manufacturers about each model or component,” said Davis. “Make no mistake, this is not a rally, nor is it a for-profit RV show hosting tens of thousands of people looking for something to do with their families. This is a very high-end shopping experience befitting customers who are spending the sums of money today’s motorhomes cost.”

Davis added, “Since this event is for serious shoppers, we want to manage the crowd size by pre-qualifying attendees. The way we have chosen to pre-qualify shoppers is through what I refer to as a deposit. The cost/deposit is $1,495 per coach attending and staying at the fairgrounds or $495 per person for a day pass. This is an all-inclusive package with onsite camping, meals, snacks, drinks, music and nightly concerts. Those who attend the Music City Motorhome Expo and purchase or place an order for a new motorhome within one year of the event will receive a refund of their entry fee of $1,495 per coach or $495 for each day pass.”

“This event is not for profit, which means all the costs are being borne by NIRVC and its sponsors. In no way will the event cost be added to or included in the cost of the motorhome. We intend for this event to provide a VIP shopping experience never before seen in the industry, unfettered access to manufacturers, coupled with the very best pricing for any motorhome available in the market.”

The Wilson County Fair Grounds is located at 945 East Baddour Parkway, Lebanon, and the NIRVC sales and service dealership is at 1000 Aubrey Dr., Lebanon.

Registration is now open at musiccitymotorhomeexpo.com.

“At NIRVC, we’re 100% focused on establishing life-long relationships with our customers and delivering concierge-level services which simplify the RVing lifestyle for them,” said Davis. “We strive to offer everything RVers need from sales and service to indoor storage, washing, detailing, and all manner of collision repair. In fact, to keep RVers on the road, our Atlanta and Dallas dealerships now provide service 12 hours per day seven days a week, and we’re working to extend those hours to our four other locations in Las Vegas, Nashville, Phoenix and Washington D.C.”

Within the RV industry, NIRVC distinguishes itself by the fact Davis has lived the RV lifestyle full time since 2013 and knows full well what RVers want and need. He purchased his first coach in 1985 and over the years has traveled extensively across the beautiful United States with his nine children as they were growing up. These days there’s always a few of his 27 grandchildren who enjoy “Grandpa’s Bus House.”

Davis founded NIRVC after experiencing decades of poor interactions with RV salespeople, less-than-stellar service and shoddy storage.
