Duo Form Announces Key Moves to Management Team – RVBusiness – Breaking RV Industry News

EDWARDSBURG, Mich. – Duo Form officials are excited to announce that Austin Meadows has been named as the New Business Development Manager. In other company news, Aaron Schade was named the new RV Sales Manager, and Joseph (Joe) Rebman is the new Director of Engineering and Quality Systems.

With his 10 years of experience at Duo Form, Meadows has the knowledge of Duo Form’s products and capabilities that will help the company grow, the release continued. Meadows started with Duo Form in 2013, running ovens, routing parts and more on summer break from college. He then has worked as a project manager, RV sales, and is now focusing on growing the company with other industries.

“I am excited to be apart of the growth of Duo Form. To look at where we were when I started 10 years ago, to now, I can only imagine what Duo Form will look like in another 10 years,” Meadows said.

For his part, Schade has 19 years of experience in the RV industry on the OEM supplier side. “I am humbled to have the opportunity to join the great team at Duo Form. I am looking forward to working together with their outstanding RV sales team to help strengthen our standing as the industry leader in thermoformed shower and bath products as well as expanding into other product categories,” he said.

Rebman joined Duo Form in mid-September of 2023. “I am pleased to be a new member to the Duo Form team. I am very impressed with the team environment and the core philosophy of the DUO team approach. My goal is to provide exceptional Customer Service both to internal and external customers. I also will help set up Duo Form for continued growth both on the RV and industrial sides of the business. I have over 25+ years’ experience in the large City bus, Coach and Train seating industry. I have primarily focused on Engineering Management, Research and Development, Wheel Chair Securement Safety and ISO 9001 Quality Systems Management. My vast experiences having managed engineering teams worldwide will give me a 3-step advantage on our competition.”
