Camping World Acquires Pan Pacific RV Center in California

LINCOLNSHIRE, Ill. – Camping World Holdings Inc. (NYSE: CWH), “America’s Recreation Dealer,” today (March 14) announced in a press release an agreement to acquire Pan Pacific RV Center.

This acquisition includes two northern California RV Dealerships located in French Camp and Morgan Hill. Pan Pacific is a member of the Route 66 RV Dealer Network and a recipient of the RVBusiness Top 50 Dealer Awards.

The acquisition is anticipated to close in the second quarter of 2023 and will increase the company’s California location count to 20.

The French Camp facility is located at 252 W. Yettner Road on Interstate 5 south of Stockton. The Morgan Hill facility is located at 16695 Condit Road on Highway 101 south of San Jose.

The new SuperCenters will offer a wide range of new and used RVs from top brands including Keystone and Jayco in addition to a full assortment of RV and outdoor products and accessories and the entire portfolio of Good Sam products and services.
