Buchholz to Teach Improved Service Profits, Sales at RVDA

FAIRFAX, Va. – Leonard Buchholz, the sales and marketing manager of DealerPRO RV Training, will host a pair of workshops in the fixed operations track at the 2023 RV Dealers Convention/Expo. The Convention/Expo will take place Nov. 6-10, 2023, at Paris Las Vegas.

Buchholz, a first-time RVDA Convention/Expo presenter, will discuss “7 Steps to Increased Profits in Service” from 8:15 a.m. – 9:15 a.m., Tuesday, Nov. 7. It is impossible to fix all the problems in your service department at once. That’s why you break it down into smaller tasks so that you can correct each out-of-line condition, one at a time.
