Do you have a favorite American town? What makes that place unique? Is it a hidden gem or a diamond in the rough? Does it have incredible stories just waiting to be told? If you answered yes to any of those questions, Wildsam wants to hear from you.

For the first time ever, Wildsam is inviting readers to nominate their dream towns, with the chance for that destination to become an upcoming book in their series of acclaimed travel guides. The only rules: the town has to be in the US, and have a population of fewer than 50,000 people.

Wildsam is accepting submissions via its website, but they’re looking for more than just a list of nominees. The Wildsam team wants to know which local establishments give the place its charm and character, along with the best day of the year to pay a visit.

Wildsam publishes back-pocket travel guides covering iconic American cities, popular national parks, intriguing road trips and unique regions throughout the country. What sets these books apart is their ability to tell compelling stories while taking an authentic and unfiltered deep dive into these classic American destinations. The guides look to go beyond typical travel information, instead revealing a deep sense of place through archival heritage, local commentary, cultural landmarks, and inspired writing.
