Weisner, Bateman Step Down at SuperSprings International

Effective Aug. 1, 2023, Adam Weisner will be stepping away from his role as president of SuperSprings International, to lead a company within the financial sector as CEO. The unnamed company is a faith-based organization and under Weisner’s leadership will be committed to giving 51% of profits to furthering the Christian Gospel through various outreaches. Joining Weisner on his new adventure will be Tom Bateman, SSI’s director of marketing.

Over the past five years SuperSprings International has experienced more than a 2x growth in top line revenue and tripled in bottom line. 2023 has already promised to be another record-breaking year with the best revenue and sales profit months in company history under its belt.

“When I joined SuperSprings International, Inc. five years ago, I had no idea how much I would come to love this place and the people here,” shared Weisner. “I’d spent my entire career in financial services and never expected that the Lord would lead me and my family to join a suspension company. I can say now that these have been the best career years of my life, and seeing all that we have accomplished as a team together during that time brings me deep joy.”

“My love for Jesus and faith in Him is the most important thing in my life, and my family’s life. I have always sought to share the great love, care, and forgiveness He has shown to the world and me with each person I encounter. I’m eager to see what the next five years may bring. I have no idea, but I’m ready for the adventure. What I do know is that God is good, His plans are beautiful, and I trust them fully,” Weisner added.

SSI has spent the past five years building a globally recognized and sought-after brand that has proven to shape the automotive aftermarket industry and has grown consumer demand for the product by over 400%. SSI continues to be the most followed brand on social media within the helper spring suspension category. Before the change, Weisner and Bateman will be leading the search to fill the role of director of marketing that will be left vacant.

Speaking on the change, current SSI director of marketing, Bateman, stated, “Looking forward, I’m excited to be joining a company under the leadership of Adam that is devoted to generous giving in the name of Jesus. Life’s a wild journey full of unexpected highs and lows. Before I came to SSI I was training to be a Pastor with plans to start a church one day. This is a remarkable opportunity to join Adam once again in what is a clear prompting of The Lord with a company that puts their money where their faith is. What a mind-blowing full-circle experience that only our Creator could put together! My family and I are truly thrilled that God has made it possible for us to live out our faith in this new adventure.”

In the interim, SSI CEO and Chairman of the Board, Gerry Lamberti, will assume Weisner’s responsibilities to ensure a smooth transition and continue the stellar success of the company.

He commented, “Naturally it is really tough to say goodbye to such awesome people. Adam has been a force for change and growth at SSI over the past 5 years and we have a lot to be thankful for. I’m very understanding of their calling and am looking forward to seeing their success in this next venture. Where we are as a company today has a lot to do with the contributions of Adam and Tom. We wish them well on the very heartfelt road ahead.”
