Ultra-Fab Products Adds Raymond Padgett to Sales Team

Due to sales growth at Ultra-Fab Products over the past several years, the company has reached a point that it feels the need to establish an internal sales team, according to a company release. Therefore, company officials have decided to establish their own sales team over the course of 2023. As part of that decision, Ultra-Fab has asked Raymond Padgett of ARC Representation to join the company and help head up that group.   

Craig Searer, president of Ultra-Fab, stated that, “We are excited to have Raymond join Ultra-Fab. His leadership and hard work with ARC has helped us get to this point in our sales growth. He and Brian Allred (vice president of sales and marketing for Ultra-Fab Products) make a strong team to run our sales and marketing efforts.”

“It is an energizing new chapter for me personally,” said Padgett, “and I certainly look forward to working with the entire team at Ultra-Fab. I know they still have a lot of growth ahead and I’m looking forward to being part of that.”

Padgett will still be working with NSA RV Products as well to support their sales & marketing efforts.

“It has been a true pleasure working with each of ARC’s suppliers. Beyond work, we have forged some great personal relationships that I plan to continue well beyond this change,” Padgett said.
