Tropical Trails RV Resort Announces ‘Jetstream’ Rebranding – RVBusiness – Breaking RV Industry News

HOUSTON – Jetstream RV Resort has announced the rebranding of Tropical Trails RV Resort to Jetstream RV Resort – Tropical Trails.

Located in Brownsville, Texas, Jetstream RV Resort – Tropical Trails was acquired by Houston-based CityStreet Residential (CSRP), a leader in Class A multi-family and recreational vehicle (RV) resort developments, in 2022.

Jetstream RV Resort – Tropical Trails opened in January 2021 and accepts both long- and short-term rental reservations for RV pads and cottages. Originally, Tropical Trails was designed to cater to Snowbirds, a group who winter in Texas from the Northern U.S. and Canada from November to March, but Jetstream intends to make this a resort that draws guests year-round.

With its proximity to South Padre Island, Boca Chica State Park, the Port of Brownsville, the SpaceX South Texas launch site and hiking and biking trails, Jetstream RV Resort – Tropical Trails is securely gated with more than 95 acres of land in the subtropical Rio Grande Valley. Sites are 50-55 feet apart, providing ample room between neighboring RVs, and there are multiple types of RV pads to stay in for even the largest of rigs.

In addition to its 290 RV sites, Jetstream RV Resort – Tropical Trails offers 10 fully furnished cottages conveniently located near all of the resort’s amenities. Offering both long- and short-term rental reservations, Jetstream RV Resort – Tropical Trails does not require guests to sign a lease, making it a wonderful solution for those looking for a place to live on a seasonal or annual basis, catering to those here for vacation as well as the workforce of the Rio Grande Valley.

To coincide with the rebrand, CSRP has plans to expand on the Class A amenities found on-site. Phase Two of the capital improvements began April 1st and will include the addition of 30 new RV sites and amenities such as a beer garden with outdoor grilling stations and yard games, playground, dog wash and a pool awning.

These improvements are slated to be completed by this summer. Currently, the luxury RV resort features thoughtfully designed permanent amenity structures, including a resort-style, heated swimming pool with hot tub, pickleball courts, tournament-style Bocce Ball courts, ping pong tables, propane fill station, two outdoor pavilions, pet park, three bathhouses, three laundry facilities, golf cart rentals, business center, arcade, horseshoe pits and shuffleboard.
