TrailManor Reports Tampa SuperShow ‘Sold Out’ in 24 Hours – RVBusiness – Breaking RV Industry News
TAMPA, Fla. – All of the TrailManor models on display at the Florida RV SuperShow in Tampa last week “were grabbed up very quickly along with the new Sport model which had several back up orders,” according to a press release from TrailManor.
Factory orders were taken on the new Sport model with the gray body and new décor. Bob Douglas, national director of sales and marketing, said that the lines were long, the display was crowded and consumers had tons of questions about TrailManor, including how does it work, fuel milage, stores in a garage, towability etc.
A very large number of TrailManor owners attended the Tampa Super show and were very excited about the new décor, options and Gray Aluminum body, the release stated and Douglas said he interviewed these people asking them what they liked most about their TrailManor. The best answer received was from one person who said, “Towing. I love towing my TrailManor all over the country. It’s like towing a giant marshmallow, You really don’t know it is behind you. My wife catches me looking in my rear view mirror and just says, ‘it’s still there Wyatt.’ ”
Douglas also reported that new dealers joined the TrailManor family.
“This was a great show, I am 100% looking forward to next year where we will debut all new models, floor plans and options, as well as a blast from the past that has been reimagined, redesigned and reengineered from the ground up,” Douglas said. “If you have a towing capacity of 2,000 pounds, this will be the one you want and it is fully self contained.”
TrailManor has been in business over 40 years and specializes in light-weight, hard-sided foldable travel trailers that can be towed with SUVs, and small trucks with towing capacities between 3500 and 5,000 pounds. These lightweight travel trailers can be stored in a garage and are very easy to tow. It only takes about about one extra gallon of gas to tow a TrailManor 100 miles, the release stated.
TrailManor currently builds 12 different floor plans with two new models debuting at Elkhart Open House which will mark a first in TrailManor’s history building sport models designed for hunters, fishermen and outdoor enthusiasts.
