While the weather pattern at the 2023 Elkhart RV Open House was a repeat of 2022, according to a release, it did not detour dealers from joining the TrailManor family. What drove this activity was the all new TrailManor Sport 2720QB. This new model is a first in the 41-year history of the company headquartered out of South Dakota.

The Sport model incorporates generous features such as:

“Orders came in with the Sport in high demand — and our company’s dealer base grew by 20.7%” said CEO Paul Wipf. “The takeaway from Open House is that we succeeded in our mission with our new Sport model. Our team is already working on another new model to be unveiled at Tampa in January. This is a very exciting time for TrailManor.”

“Several industry-related journalists stopped by and spoke with us for hours, taking pictures and literally crawling under the new sport model while snapping photos,” remarked Bob Douglas, National Sales & Marketing Director. “ We put a lot of thought into the new Sport model and Paul allowed the team to think outside the box and incorporate products and ideas into the model that buyers would find appealing.”

TrailManor has been in business more than 40 years and specializes in lightweight hard-sided foldable travel trailers that can be towed with SUVs and small trucks with towing capacities between 3500 and 5000 pounds. These lightweight travel trailers can be stored in a garage and are very easy to tow. According to the company, it only takes about about one extra gallon of gas to tow a TrailManor 100 miles.

TrailManor currently builds 12 different floorplans, with two new Sport models designed for hunters, fishermen and outdoor enthusiasts.
