SuperSprings Names Justin Coulter as New Director of Sales

In preparation for continued growth and new business, SuperSprings International (SSI) has made changes to its leadership team to better align the sales and service team’s direction with the company’s strategic vision. Effective Jan. 3, 2023, SSI has appointed Justin Coulter as the Director of Sales to lead all company growth with a focus on entering new markets, according to a release.

Based just south of Louisville, KY, Justin is a proven sales professional and leader in the industrial sector with over 10 years of success. Coulter’s most recent accolades come as a top performing business development representative, leading a team of account representatives for an industrial gas and welding distributor in the Louisville area.

“His unique experience and background made him an ideal fit to join our dynamic leadership team. ” stated SSI President Adam Weisner. “We’re very excited to have Justin board the SSI rocket ship. Coulter and his wife live with their 5-year-old daughter on acreage in rural Kentucky and in their free time enjoy camping and the outdoors. Coulter leads a mastermind group in the off-road space that focuses on developing men as husbands and fathers.
