FAIRFAX, Va. – RV business expert John Spader will deliver a continuation/follow-up workshop to one he offered a year ago during the 2023 RV Dealers Association (RVDA) Convention/Expo in the dealer/GM track.

The convention/expo will take place Nov. 6-10, 2023, at Paris Las Vegas. From 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Nov. 7, Spader will offer “Reset and Renew, Phase 2” to look at strategies to continue to help dealerships recover from the affects of COVID-19 and reset their business model to a new marketplace.

During the workshop, attendees will learn:

A review of the Phase 1 checklist from last year; how did we do as an industry, and how did your own dealership respond?
Role clarity, especially for the leadership and management roles during this time of evolution.
Inventory management; what is different now versus the past, what is the same, and what are the important metrics for success in the next few years?
What is one of the key metrics for the current times that many dealers are not currently monitoring or managing? Learn how this key measure, when used correctly, can make the department managers come together as a team.
What are the critical few questions, and corresponding management actions, to be managed in your dealership to ensure that both your financial foundation and your culture are stable for the continuing evolution of the RV industry.
