LAS VEGAS, Nev. – As early arriving dealers began checking in Monday morning before the U.S. and Canadian board meetings, vendors and their representatives were hard at work putting together the expo portion of the 2023 RVDA Convention/Expo at Paris Las Vegas.

The board meetings essentially accomplished firming up some plans that the two associations had been working on and heard progress reports from the presidents of the associations.

Monday evening was given for vendors and partners to hold special networking events.

Such events were hosted by Priority RV Network, CBIZ Somerset/Morgan Stanley and Bank of America.

Today, the event really gets going with a full slate of workshops, Vendor Training +Plus classes and Partners in Progress meetings.

First up for dealers is an extended course “3 Pathways to Achieve Your Leadership Potential” by David Spader. An additional fee is required for the event.

Another 22 workshops are scheduled throughout the morning, culminating with the annual General Session featuring a growth leadership presentation by keynote speaker Brian Carter.

Following the opening session, the Expo Hall will open at 3:30 p.m. with a reception.

The annual 40 Under 40 event closes out the day featuring presentation of the Duane Spader Leadership Development Scholarship valued at nearly $15,000 that allows the recipient to attend an 18-month Spader Leadership Development Program tuition-free.
