RVIA to Host Workplace Safety Seminar Nov. 2 in Elkhart – RVBusiness – Breaking RV Industry News
The RV Industry Association announced it is hosting a half-day Workplace Safety Seminar, Nov. 2, at the Lerner Theatre in Elkhart, Ind. The seminar will include multiple sessions, including presentations from companies setting the bar on workplace safety, speakers with keen insights on why workplace safety is important and panels focused on specific actions companies can take to improve workplace safety for its teams.
Who should attend: Anyone involved in workplace safety or in a leadership position at their company will benefit from the sessions and conversation.
During the event, motivational safety speaker Rodney Grieve will help attendees identify the cultural hazards that may be contributing to safety failures. Grieve will identify four clues an organization might be out of balance, examine what could be behind them and help with what it can do to effectively change current behaviors into a culture of safety success.
