RVIA 2024 Leadership Conference is Underway in Florida – RVBusiness – Breaking RV Industry News
The 2024 Leadership Conference kicks off today in Bonita Springs, Fla., where nearly 200 top-tier management and next generation leaders across all segments of the RV industry are gathering for two days of impactful networking, leadership development, and motivational speakers. The conference sessions and panels are designed to help nurture talent, provide a space to develop a deeper understanding of critical industry issues, and connect with the next generation of leaders in the RV industry.
Today’s activities include board meetings for the RV Industry Association (RVIA) and RV Dealer Association (RVDA), a Campground Coalition meeting and, tonight, a Welcome Reception.
The remainder of the conference features a full slate of presentations, workshops and keynote speakers, including a CEO Panel with: Don Clark, President & CEO of Grand Design RV; Jon Ferrando, President & CEO of Blue Compass RV; and Mary Pouliot, Executive Vice President of Thetford and Norcold. The opanel discussion will be moderated by Craig Kirby, President & CEO of the RV Industry Association.
