RVDA’s RV ‘Fixed Operations Today’ Mobile App Updated – RVBusiness – Breaking RV Industry News
FAIRFAX, Va. – The RV Fixed Operations Today mobile app has been updated with four new videos highlighting online RV training courses available through the Mike Molino RV Learning Center. The mobile app also offers users free access to the RV Learning Center’s five self-assessments or readiness tests for warranty administration, service management and parts personnel.
Each readiness test relates to job specific skills identified in the RV Learning Center’s competency profiles for service writers/advisors, service managers, parts managers/specialists, and warranty administrators. By identifying possible knowledge gaps, the readiness tests help individuals gauge their preparedness for certification. These tests currently cost $25 each, however, as an incentive for downloading the app, the five tests will be offered free to app users, up to a $125 value.
“The videos, now available through the app and also at www.rvlearningcenter.com, outline the online training resources that are ideal preparation for the RV Learning Center’s fixed operations certification,” said RVDA President Phil Ingrassia. To access the videos, click on the resources section at the bottom of the app and choose the “online training course videos” tab. Online training courses are priced at $150 per student, per course. The certification test is an additional fee.
The app is available to download in the Apple and Google Play stores by searching ‘”RVDA.” The app also contains links to the subscription website RV Fixed Operations Today, a one-stop resource for all members of the RV dealership’s fixed operations management team. A one-year subscription is $49.95. ChannelPRO Mobile, a provider of mobile enablement and engagement tools developed the app and is a bronze partner at the upcoming RV Dealers Convention/Expo.
