Overcoming Objections, Earning Trust Keys to F&I Sessions

With the economy possibly turning a corner and the RV industry looking to rebound, taking a look at how things are done at a dealership is on the table in every department.

Perhaps none is more important than the F&I department, where a solid sale can quickly turn into an excellent profit for a dealer who is able to add on financing or extended service contracts or other such products that can benefit the consumer as well as the dealer.

In the F&I track during the upcoming RV Dealers Convention Expo, workshops look at taking advantage of quality service to earn the right to offer further services and financial products to customers and using tried and proven processes to increase the profitability of the F&I department.

The convention/expo runs Nov. 7 to 10 at Paris Las Vegas. For more information, click here.
