RVB Top 50 Dealer Awards Aps Now in Nominees’ Hands – RVBusiness – Breaking RV Industry News

Those dealers nominated by U.S. and Canadian RV manufacturers for the 2023 RVBusiness Top 50 Dealer Awards are asked to complete their applications and send them to RVBusiness, which recently announced a new address at: G&G Media Group LLC/RVBusiness, 3020 B Windsor Court, Elkhart, IN 46514.

Once again, the Top 50 Dealer Awards, which seeks to recognize North America’s best RV dealerships, will culminate in a reception and awards ceremony on Wednesday, Nov. 8, during the 2023 RV Dealers Convention/Expo at Paris Las Vegas, an event that is hosted by the Recreation Vehicle Dealers Association (RVDA), RVDA of Canada and the Mike Molino RV Learning Center.

RVB Top 50 award recipients are ultimately selected from a pool of nominees who elect to fill out applications, which are then screened by an independent panel of industry representatives during a two-day, closed-door session at the RV/MH Hall of Fame in Elkhart, Ind.

“We look forward to the opportunity to recognize those dealers who exemplify operational excellence in all aspects of their business,” said RVB Publisher Rick Kessler. “We also are indebted to the selfless service of our volunteer judges, who will once again have a difficult job in limiting the selections to 50 honorees.

“I encourage the nominated retailers to be as thorough as possible with the applications and put their best foot forward so the judges have good content and a clear picture of each dealer’s approach to customer service, technician training and other areas of practice and policy,” added Barb Riley, dealer coordinator for the Top 50 awards program.

Riley said that Top 50 award winners over the years have appreciated how rewarding it is for their respective staffs – and beneficial to their branding and community status – to earn Top 50 designation. While T50 dealers benefit from the positive press they receive on a regional and national basis, they can also utilize Top 50 signage provided by RVB in stores and at retail shows and take advantage of apparel options available for T50 dealer staff members.

Beyond all that, of course, is the enhanced ability to do the right thing in business.

“Throughout the RV industry’s evolution, the one constant is the need to take care of people — the RVers themselves,” said Top 50 administrator BJ Thompson. “Treating people well and doing the right thing will always be what the best dealerships are all about. That’s why professionalism and excellent customer care are at the core of what our applicants are judged by and what our winners are honored for.”

All Convention/Expo attendees are invited to this year’s awards reception for a program sponsored this year by Airxcel, Brown & Brown Dealer Services, Cummins Inc., GE Appliances, Genesis Products, NTP/STAG, Northpoint Commercial Finance, Performance Brokerage Services, Protective Asset Protection, RV Trader, and Wells Fargo CF.
