RV Technical Institute Publishes its 2023 Annual Report – RVBusiness – Breaking RV Industry News

The RV Technical Institute’s (RVTI) 2023 annual report highlights its multifaceted efforts to address the growing demand for skilled RV technicians, according to a News & Insights report by the RV Industry Association (RVIA). RVTI’s technician training program, recognized as the industry’s gold standard, leverages industry partnerships and expertise to offer comprehensive and up-to-date training. 

To attract new talent, RVTI focused on recruiting interested women as well as high school students. A targeted campaign was launched to attract women to the field, including all-female technician courses offered nationwide. Likewise, partnerships with high schools in three states allowed students to graduate as certified Level 1 RV technicians.

RVTI also catered to existing technicians by launching Level 3 training, covering advanced diagnostics and repair for specific RV systems and components. With over 5,000 certified technicians and nearly 1,000 training locations, the RV Technical Institute is well-positioned to enhance consumer service and the overall RVing experience.
