RV Mobile Power Announces Acquisition of NxtGen Power
COLUMBUS, Ohio – RV Mobile Power, LLC (RVMP) announced that it has acquired all assets and ongoing operations of NxtGen Power LLC, according to release.
Located at 54900 CR 17, in Elkhart, Ind., NxtGen Power has served as an RV OEM distributor in Elkhart, supporting sales and distribution of the patented RVMP Flex Power Dual Fuel Generators. The company reports that all current staff have been retained in the acquisition, and there will be no interruptions in day-to-day operations.
“The entire staff at RVMP is honored to welcome the NxtGen Power staff to the team,” said RVMP CEO Jimmy Conroy II. “We have worked together very closely for the last couple of years, and the logic and timing for the acquisition made a lot of sense right now. RVMP is focused on providing highly engineered products, generally protected by intellectual property, to our OEM, wholesale, and retail partners.”
RVMP is excited to see how this acquisition will streamline the efficiencies of the sales team, as well as improvements in communications and technical support for RV manufacturers. It is expected that the combined teams will provide even further depth to the company’s product development on all current and future offerings.

The acquisition provides an expanded logistic footprint for other RVMP products, supporting RV OEMS with Flex Temp On Demand Water Heaters, RVMP Solar, and Flex Power Force lithium battery storage solutions.
