RV Learning Center Donations Support Industry Excellence – RVBusiness – Breaking RV Industry News

FAIRFAX, Va. –  In the spirit of Giving Tuesday, it’s an ideal time to make a year-end tax-deductible donation to the Mike Molino RV Learning Center and invest in improving continuing education at RV dealerships.

Earlier this year, the RV Learning Center established a Legacy Fund to honor the late Dan Pearson, CEO of PleasureLand RV Centers. The fund honors Pearson’s memory and longtime industry service. PleasureLand RV Centers has pledged a $25,000 matching gift, which will provide a dollar-for-dollar match for each donation received to the Pearson Legacy Fund until the $25,000 amount is reached.

In 2023, RV Learning Center fixed operations online course enrollments for the current term grew 200 percent over the previous year to more than 400 participants. With continued industry support, that momentum can continue into 2024.

By investing in the RV Learning Center, dealership staff have access to industry best practices which can improve employee retention, attract new hires, and generate customer loyalty.

“Being a part of the RV Learning Center has changed my life,” said Anna Freeman of Greeneway RV in Wisconsin Rapids, WI. “Keep learning, support the RV Learning Center, and take the next step in your career.”
