RV Business Solutions Advised Sale of Carbon Emery RV

HIGHLANDS RANCH, Colo. – RV Business Solutions, a leading buy-sell advisor to RV dealers announced today in a press release it was the exclusive sell-side advisor to Jason Child in the sale of his two (2) Helper, UT based RV dealerships, Carbon Emery RV.

The sale to Camping World Holdings Inc., was reported March 27 by Camping World.

Carbon Emery North Lot is located at 5129 N. Hwy 6, Helper, Carbon County, Utah. Carbon Emery South Lot is located at 4590 N. Hwy 6, Helper, Carbon County, UT 84526.

Owner Jason Child started Carbon Emery in 2016. The land was a gravel lot with a 3,500 Sq ft. shop and an office trailer before Jason built a new 9,200 Sq ft. building at the end of 2016. In 2021 Jason expanded to a second location on what was their overflow lot, giving them the ability to stock more inventory and service more units.

Jason stated, “My vision for Carbon Emery RV was to develop an RV dealership focusing primarily on serving the Helper, UT area. We know the kind of freedom and adventure our customers are looking for, so we intentionally carry a large selection of new and pre-owned campers with our local customers in mind.
