Katherine Harris, executive director of the OHI foundation, noted that her organization stands at the ready to accept donations and provide assistance.

“Powerful storms killed at least 22 people, injured hundreds and left a wide trail of destruction Sunday across Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas after obliterating homes and directly hitting the Tulsa NE / Will Rogers Downs KOA Journey  during the latest deadly weather to strike the central U.S.,” Harris stated in a press release.

“Our hearts go out to the Tulsa NE / Will Rogers Downs KOA Journey family, as well as the many other campgrounds impacted by recent storms. Wherever your park is located in the country, you can do something to help your fellow campground owners and their communities. Donate to the OHI Foundation’s Disaster Relief Fund, where grants are distributed directly to campgrounds affected by these natural disasters. Your donations will make a difference for your fellow campground owners and the communities they call home,” she said.
