Optimum RV Acquires Legacy RV’s Missouri Locations

HIGHLANDS RANCH, Colo. – RV Business Solutions, a leading buy-sell advisor to RV dealers, was the exclusive sell-side advisor to Randy and Jason Haugen in the sale of their Bonne Terre and Festus, Mo.-based Legacy RV dealerships to Optimum RV, an Ocala, Fla.-based RV company.

Legacy RV locations are at 7072 Raider Road, Bonne Terre, Mo., and 3441 US 67, Festus, Mo. Previously, Optimum RV announced the acquisition of Muskegon RV in Michigan in December of last year. The Missouri stores bring Optimum RV’s total locations to 10, including four dealerships in Florida and single locations in Michigan, Pennsylvania, South Carolina and Texas.
