EDWARDSBURG, Mich. – Easy to say, harder to do!

When we purchased Modern Buggy RV two years ago, many units had been shipped, designs made, structure set in place, and units were going down line to be built. Shortly after the acquisition and new ownership, we went to work on redesigning many elements that went into building, as well as new tooling, overall structural changes were made along with countless other improvements.

It would be easy to just say “sorry” or ignore some of the previous issues prior to the new ownership team, but that’s not who we are. We have made it a point and priority to help each customer that has called us, regardless of the age or date they purchased a Modern Buggy unit.

Our promise is simple.

If you bring your RV to our plant, we will help reseal, adjust doors, adjust cabinets, help replace any lights, or trouble shoot the entire unit regardless of the unit being in warranty or not! “We understand and expect you are going to be off-roading and using your unit hard. We want to help you enjoy your camper for more than 1 year!

When you purchase a Modern Buggy, you’re more than a name or a number. You are a part of the Modern Buggy family. We want you to know you are important to us. We care about your opinion and overall camping experience.
