Meyer Distributing Announces Acquisition of AIM Wholesale – RVBusiness – Breaking RV Industry News
JASPER, Ind. – Meyer Distributing Inc. announced Oct. 9 via a message on its website that it has substantially acquired the assets of AIM Wholesale Inc., which is based in Phoenix, Ariz.
Company officials confirmed the report, and referred further inquiries to a forthcoming press release.
Meyer’s website message also provided instructions regarding the transaction to assist its dealer customers. The message stated:
For Customers: All customer orders placed with AIM that had not yet been shipped by AIM will still be fulfilled as they were placed, including all recent show orders, by Meyer. These orders will transfer over to the http://online.meyerdistributing.com portal. While many AIM customers already have a Meyer login, for those that do not, account managers will be reaching out to you asap to provide this information. You can also call us at the same AIM number at 1-800-266-4554 to retrieve your login credentials if you don’t already have them.
AIM Wholesale recently wrapped up its 21st annual Distributor Trade Show and Training, which was Oct. 4-6 at the Renaissance Phoenix Glendale Hotel and Spa.
