Lippert Touts Products, Technology, Services at Open House

Lippert’s new headquarters is adjacent to the RV/MH Hall of Fame.

Lippert Components Inc. announced several dealer opportunities that will take place Sept. 27-29 during the annual Elkhart RV Open House at the company’s new headquarters located adjacent to the RV/MH Hall of Fame in Elkhart, Ind.

• Training Opportunities — The Lippert Technical Institute will have a display area showcasing opportunities offered by its state-of-the-art training facility located in Mishawaka. Training displays will include fifth wheel and travel trailer frames as well as multiple Lippert and Furrion mock-ups used for everyday hands-on training. Visitors will be able to see what a week at the Technical Institute looks like as well as the opportunity to explore leveling, slide-outs, axles, and water heater mock-ups designed to replicate everyday issues dealer technicians face in the field. • OneControl Showcase — Lippert will also showcase its OneControl capabilities on a fully outfitted fifth wheel. Visitors can experience the all-new “One-Touch Setup” feature, Antilock Brake (ABS) capabilities and new monitoring and control features as well as other OneControl App functionalities like the integrated RV Health Monitor.

• Electrified Towable RV Chassis — Lippert’s Innovation Team will be on-site to give product demonstrations of the company’s recently unveiled Electrified Towable Chassis concept. The E-Chassis, constructed of aluminum and steel, features several lithium batteries that can power both the chassis and all the RV’s electrical systems. The regenerative brake system can supply power to the chassis battery systems to control owner “range anxiety” typically associated with EVs. The E-Chassis can also be controlled and maneuvered by a remote-control joystick, which immensely helps with parking the RV.

• New Product Innovation — Many new chassis and towing innovation products that can be seen on manufacturer products throughout the Open House will be shown on a showcase chassis. Products on display will include all-new weight distribution and hitching products, the Curt Independent Suspension (IS) system, the Quick Drop Stabilizer system, integrated parking brakes and a reimagined chassis coating. Lippert sales representatives will be on site to answer any questions on these new products.
