Lippert Promotes Pruitt to EVP, CHRO & Sr. Legal Counsel

ELKHART, Ind., – LCI Industries (NYSE: LCII) today (Jan. 9) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Lippert Components Inc. (Lippert) promoted Eileen Pruitt to Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer, and Senior Legal Counsel effective Jan. 1.

In this role, she will lead Lippert’s global human resources strategy and initiatives, reporting to Lippert President and CEO Jason Lippert. Pruitt will succeed Nick Fletcher, who will retire and leave the company on March 3.

Pruitt has over 20 years of experience and expertise in people related issues. Prior to joining Lippert four years ago, she practiced law and was promoted to partner at a national law firm where she was responsible for employment related litigation, investigations, and client advising on related issues. Pruitt received her bachelor and juris doctor degrees from the University of Notre Dame.
