Lippert Named ‘Most Responsible Company’ by Newsweek – RVBusiness – Breaking RV Industry News
ELKHART, Ind. – LCI Industries (NYSE: LCII), has been named among Newsweek’s list of America’s Most Responsible Companies for 2024.
For the past five years, Newsweek has teamed up with research firm Statista to develop their list of top companies in America, specifically from an environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) standpoint. Topping the list are companies such as Microsoft, Whirlpool Corporation, Adobe, Waste Management, Sherwin-Williams and Ralph Lauren to name a few.
Lippert made the exclusive list of 600 top companies, ranking at #221. In the Automotive & Components category specifically, Lippert was #5 behind Lear Corporation, BorgWarner, Cummins and Cooper-Standard Holdings.
In 2018, Lippert launched its Everyone Matters initiative, refocusing its efforts on company culture, philanthropy and leadership. This has been the catalyst for Lippert becoming a driving force for change, summed up in the mantra: “Business as a Force for Good.” Since then, initiatives like Leadership Action Plans for every team member, Lippert Cares events, regular listening sessions, engagement surveys, health and wellbeing campaigns and more have been regular parts of Lippert’s culture.
“We are honored and humbled to be named among such a respectable and well-known group of companies,” said CEO Jason Lippert. “It’s a resounding affirmation that the effort we’ve put into our culture over the past several years is working. It’s adding real value to our people’s lives, and it’s turning heads in the broader corporate community.”
