Link Auto & RV in Wis. Acquires South Lake Motors Inc. – RVBusiness – Breaking RV Industry News
IRVINE, Calif. – Performance Brokerage Services, North America’s highest volume dealership brokerage firm, announced the sale of South Lake Motors, Inc. in Rice Lake, Wisconsin from Aaron Resnick of South Lake Motors, Inc. to Link Auto & RV. In addition to three Wisconsin-based automotive dealerships, Link Auto & RV also operates Link RV Center in Minong, Wisc.
South Lake Motors, Inc. was founded in 1973 by the grandparents of owner Aaron Resnick. After three decades of owning and operating the dealership, Aaron Resnick shared, “From start to finish Paul Kechnie and Emily Bourne of Performance Brokerage Services were great! They listened and were engaged and helpful. A great experience!”
Over the last five years, Performance Brokerage Services has advised on the sale of over 300 dealerships, making it the highest volume dealership brokerage firm in North America. South Lake Motors, Inc. will be renamed Link Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and will remain at its current location at 1931 South Main Street in Rice Lake, Wisconsin.
