The RV RECT Excellence Awards celebrate the achievements of RV dealerships that have demonstrated exceptional dedication to improving and managing Repair Event Cycle Times (RECT). These awards recognize dealerships that have shown significant year-over-year improvements in reducing RECT time, contributing to enhanced customer satisfaction and overall operational efficiency in the RV industry.
