Lichtsinn RV Welcomes New Service Warranty Administrator – RVBusiness – Breaking RV Industry News

Joleen Midtgaard

Joleen Midtgaard has recently joined Lichtsinn RV in Forest City, Iowa, as the RV service warranty administrator, according to a press release. A graduate of Forest City High School, Midtgaard attended Kirkwood Community College and Kaplan University, where she majored in business and marketing.

Midtgaard was previously employed as a warranty administrator at Pritchard’s Chrysler of Forest City.

When asked what aspect of her new job she most looks forward to, Midtgaard said, “Having the opportunity to visit and serve Winnebago owners along with their furry friends. Being part of a team of professionals with a goal of creating customer satisfaction and lifelong loyalty to the Winnebago brand.”

In her free time, Midtgaard enjoys watching Hawkeye football, cheering on the Minnesota Twins, golfing, watching HGTV and spending time with her family.
