Statesville, N.C. has filed a lawsuit against the local Camping World RV dealership for allegedly violating a city ordinance by flying an American flag that is significantly larger than what the city permits.

But Marcus Lemonis, chairman and CEO of Camping World, says he will not remove the massive flag under any circumstances. “The flag isn’t coming down. It’s the only thing I know for certain,” Lemonis told USA TODAY during an interview. “I know I’m going to die. I know I’m going to pay taxes. And I know I’m not taking the flag down.”

In the above video, Lemonis also spoke with NBC affiliate WITN-TV, Channel 7, in Washington, N.C., where he reiterated his position on the flag controversy.
