Kunes RV Launches ‘RVPandA.com’ E-Commerce Website
The recently launched e-commerce site RV PandA came about to provide a full-range of services to Kunes (pronounced Q-ness) RV customers.
Because of the increase in RV ownership, particularly among millennials and Gen Zers, the increase in parts and accessories has also become an ever-growing demand.
Kunes Auto & RV Group has doubled its operations to 41 auto and RV dealerships across Wisconsin, Illinois and Minnesota including over 15 RV dealerships. Troy Meister, parts & accessories director of RV PandA said they wanted to make getting parts and accessories convenient for customers.
“Depending on where you are geographically, you might be hours away from a dealership or it may be a smaller dealership that might not carry what you need,” he said. “We want to serve all our customers across the country to the best of our ability.”
Customers will be able to find just about anything they need on www.RVPandA.com for indoors and outdoors, including indoor lights, bathroom, chairs, patio mats, RV maintenance, RV stabilization, hitching and towing, RV covers, appliances, hardware and sealants, electrical and electronics.
“Solar is a big thing,” said Tom Hamil, RV director.
As well as WI-FI boosters, cellular boosters and streaming options, according to Meister, who said, “In the Western states there aren’t as many campgrounds with plug-ins; they have a lot more boon docking or dry camping.”
RV PandA has roughly 30,000 items in stock, warehoused at several locations allowing them to have more availability in stock. RV PandA ships anywhere in the United States and offers free shipping with orders over $99.99.
Although recently launched, Hamil said the website “has been in development for over a year.”
Meister said the soft launch has gone “swimmingly well. We’re excited and we see a lot of growth opportunity with it.”
Hamil said more and more people are “living and working remotely on the road. That’s what RVing allows people to do—it’s a great way to see the country, work and have fun at the same time.”
“The main thing is we’re here to serve. This is another offering to help the industry and consumers across the board. If they have a problem, we can help get the part,” he said.
Meister said they think people will be keeping their RV’s longer, so they’ll want to repair and update what they have—whether that’s with new furniture, appliances, awnings or whatever.
“We see that as a growth opportunity for us,” he said. “We’re here to take care of you from the start of purchase all the way to 10 years later; we want to cover the whole gamut.”
