FAIRFAX, Va. – Best-selling author and successful marketing executive Kevin Brown is scheduled to deliver the keynote address during the opening general session of the 2024 RV Dealers Convention/Expo on Tuesday, Nov. 12, at Paris Las Vegas.

Brown is the author of “The Hero Effect” and “Unleashing Your Hero”. Named one of the Top 30 Motivational Speakers in the world for 2024 according to Global Gurus, Brown is creator of The Hero Effect, a simple yet powerful philosophy that distinguishes world-class organizations and high-performance individuals from the rest.

As a businessman, he has more than two decades of experience as a sales and marketing executive. He was instrumental in transforming SERVPRO from a little-known family business into a multi-billion-dollar industry giant. In addition, Brown has more than 30 years of experience in franchising, including roles in brand management, culture, events, franchise sales, and development. 

Since 2016, he has traveled the world teaching his mission of The Hero Effect, a simple philosophy that separates world-class organizations and high-performance people from everybody else. About the RV Dealers Convention/Expo
