Keller Marine & RV Hosts Lippert Training; Dometic Up Next – RVBusiness – Breaking RV Industry News
Keller Marine & RV recently hosted a four-day RVIA Lippert Tech Training Class in the wholesale distributor’s headquarters and training facility in Port Trevorton, Penn. Held Jan. 16-19, Lippert trainer Jeremy Fox was on hand to train the 70 participants from multiple dealerships.
“We believe this is one way to give back to the industry,” said Lori Morrow, Keller’s director of marketing. “RV techs are the backbone of the industry. If people cannot get their units repaired, they will not be able to continue RV’ing. We are thankful for the techs’ strong interest in improving their knowledge of RV products and for Lippert’s support. Jeremy did a great job.”
Family-owned Keller serves approximately 2,000 independent RV and marine dealers on the East Coast with warehouses in Pennsylvania and Florida.
In addition, an RVIA tech training school on the Dometic product line is scheduled for Jan. 30 to Feb. 2, also at the Keller facility. According to Morrow, this class is proving to be just as popular as the recent one with Lippert.
“It is great to see the RV techs hunger to acquire more knowledge, and it is a blessing to have support from industry vendors,” she told RVBusiness.
