The Open Recalls integration is a game-changer, providing dealers seamless access to OEM recall information directly within their IDS Dealership Management System (DMS). This eliminates the need for time-consuming back-and-forth navigation between OEM portals and the DMS. Dealers will now receive instant alerts about open recalls during stocking and work order creation, ensuring transparency, efficiency, and improved workflows.
