Hoka Tor Summit: Footwear for Streets, Runways, and Trails

Hoka’s thick-soled footwear counts its popularity among a multitude of growing user groups: PR-chasing road runners, fashion girlies, and a variety of gorp enthusiasts, to name a few. Compared to its predecessor models within the Tor lineup, the all-new low-top Tor Summit embraces a minimalist aesthetic that directly blends on-trend fashion with the brands’ on-trail prowess (certainly more purposefully than the OG Tor Ultra Hi, which started it all).

Released today, 26 January 2024, the new, unisex Hoka Tor Summit ($199) is now available from Hoka and select dealers worldwide in black and oat milk oxford tan colorways.*

Though the Tor Summit 2 loses the Gore-Tex liner featured on its sibling, the Tor Ultra Lo, the new style’s premium nubuck leather uppers inherit some natural degree of water resistance inherent in the organic material. The entire perimeter of the nubuck uppers are accented by a wraparound rubber mudguard, a welcomed feature more typically seen on modern and classic mountain boots. Functional for protecting the shoe from both rocky trails and dingy curbs.
