These DIY RV Smart Tech Upgrades Make Life Better At The Campsite

Smart tech is one of the leading trends in the RV industry. Smart technology can connect Bluetooth-enabled devices with each other, allowing for system monitoring and control as well as using voice activation to control devices in the RV. All of this makes it possible to enjoy things like intelligent temperature and lighting control and enhanced security in your RV. Many 2025 RVs come with some very cool smart tech features, like smart fridges and centralized monitoring systems that can be accessed with a phone app. A centralized monitoring system allows you to control systems in the RV via an app on your phone, wherever you happen to be. This is handy for ensuring the temperature in the RV is comfortable for pets or closing the awning after you drive away or tuck into bed. That said, it starts with a Yolink hub which generates its own long range wifi signal. 3. Level up Your RV With a Wireless Leveling System

Leveling your RV just got easier with the Beech Lane wireless RV Leveling system. This USA designed and manufactured leveling system pairs an easy-to-mount leveling sensor with a Bluetooth connected phone app. This allows you to get your RV level while you’re still sitting in the driver’s seat of your tow vehicle or motorhome. The sensor runs on two AA batteries. 4. Upgrade Your Door With a Bluetooth Keyless RV Entry Door Lock

Carrying a set of keys or a remote with you every time you have to leave the RV can grow old fast. This is where having a Bluetooth app on your phone to lock/unlock your RV can be handy. 5. Avoid a Blowout With a TPMS

An RV tire blowout can be catastrophic. Installing a wireless tire pressure monitoring system is an easy DIY upgrade that can help you to avoid a tire blowout. A wireless tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) is comprised of a monitor and sensors that are quickly installed on each tire. The dash-mounted monitor has a LED display that lets you see the status of each of your RV tires. Staying on top of propane tank levels can be a challenge when you’re out camping. Nobody ever wants to run out of propane when they’re busy making memories with the family.
