Genesis Intros ‘EverPly’ Thermally-Fused Laminate on Plywood – RVBusiness – Breaking RV Industry News
GOSHEN, Ind. — Quick on the heels of their new TFL woodgrains and solids collections, Funder by Genesis Products is releasing EverPly, a TFL on plywood solution engineered to meet the more stringent quality requirements of premium manufacturers.
TFL on Plywood has always had challenges running efficiently in a production environment, due to core voids that can lead to unacceptable scrap rates. Funder by Genesis has specifically engineered an innovative and proprietary core construction that addresses the root causes of challenges a TFL solution on plywood used to face.
- A virtually void-free core and smooth surface engineered for TFL lamination
- A more durable and lighter alternative to traditional composite panels (particle board and MDF)
- Availability in 5/8″ (16mm) and 3/4″ (19mm) thickness in a 4×8 panel size
- Availability in over 70 designer TFL decorative laminates (smooth texture) with 4 realistic texture options
- Less swelling from moisture versus TFL on particle board or MDF core
Chris Tutuska, product director at Genesis, says that because they are a core neutral company, Genesis can be a leader in developing products like EverPly to meet the ever-changing needs of the market.
“We know that flexibility in design and substrate matter to our customers. That’s why we’re so excited to offer this alternative to traditional TFL cores. We’ve worked with a mill partner to develop a proprietary core construction that will ensure this product meets the rigorous standards of performance that we and our customers demand,” said Tutuska.
EverPly is ideal for Kitchen Cabinets, Bathroom Vanities, Dorm Furniture, Closets, and Retail display fixtures, among others.
