Forrest Street Partners Acquires Forsyth KOA in Georgia – RVBusiness – Breaking RV Industry News
ROSWELL, Ga. – Forrest Street Partners recently acquired Forsyth KOA, which is located north of Macon, GA. This acquisition is the second KOA franchise in Georgia and is a strategic move towards the firm’s vision to provide the best-in-class service to the RV community and make improvements in the Georgia and Southeast markets. The Forsyth KOA resort has 132 RV sites, ten tent sites, and eleven cabins.
The RV Park has been well-maintained to the high standards that are typical of a KOA property. However, the real estate firm intends to invest further into the park. The investments will include improvements to the roads and sites, renovation of the existing homes and community center, general maintenance and upgrades to the property, and bringing in new park management with a focus on increasing operational efficiencies.

The Forsyth KOA is a popular destination for both short and long-term campers. It offers a range of amenities to keep guests entertained such as gemstone mining, miniature golf, and swimming. Additionally, the park has a playground, a dog park, and fishing ponds for visitors to enjoy. The city of Forsyth, located between Atlanta and Macon, is easily accessible from I-75. Guests can explore the city’s mix of big-box retail, boutique shopping, and dining options or simply relax and unwind in the park’s tranquil surroundings.
