Excel Comm. Real Estate Opens, Acquires Texas RV Resorts

HOUSTON – Excel Commercial Real Estate has announced the opening of Laurel Springs RV Resort, a gated RV community located in Kingwood, Texas.

The new facility has 226 RV pads in diverse sizes. The RV pads can accommodate buses of all sizes, and each pad offers full water and sewer connections along with a clubhouse, an outdoor patio and grill area, as well as a fitness center, arcade, business center, lounge, hospitality kitchen, laundry room and four individual restrooms with showers.

Outdoor amenities include a large pool with 3-hole putt-putt course, fire pit, yard games, a dog wash station and dog park.

In addition, Excel acquired Eric and Jay’s RV Resort in SE Houston. The 10-acre tree-lined site is home to 114 landscaped slips from 30-foot back-in spots to luxury pull-throughs – all with hookups plus picnic tables. Amenities include a pool, jacuzzi, stocked lake, gazebo grilling, and outdoor dining area, game room, sundries, shower rooms, fitness facility, and laundry.
