Rob Stratton, Sales Account Manager at Equal-i-zer Hitch, celebrates 20 years at the company. Stratton has held many positions at Equal-i-zer Hitch, starting in the shipping department over 20 years ago. He excelled in each position, and eventually joined the sales team, representing the company’s products and educating dealers.
In his role as a sales account manager, Stratton spends a sizable portion of his time supporting distributors and dealers. Stratton invests months of each year traveling to dealerships, ensuring they have the tools, resources, and knowledge to provide the best experience for their customers.

When Stratton is on the road, after a long day visiting dealerships, he enjoys taking dealers to a baseball game or a favorite restaurant. He has made lifelong friends and is known to be one of the most educated and supportive sales managers in the industry. When Stratton is not in a dealership, he can be found on his bike, training for an upcoming race. As an athlete and accomplished cyclist, Stratton enjoys competing in events such as LoToJa, the nation’s premier amateur cycling race, testing one’s physical and mental stamina.
