Deven McCann, Sales Account Manager at Equal-i-zer Hitch, is celebrating 14 years at the company this March. McCann’s career has been rooted in sales, starting as a Fastway Trailer sales representative, before transitioning to the RV Sales team at Equal-i-zer, where he has remained since.
In his role as a sales account manager, McCann spends a significant portion of his time engaging with dealers, ensuring they have all the necessary resources for a successful day. McCann is also responsible for coordinating with Equal-i-zer field reps and distributor reps to assist them in selling the best hitches in the industry. Another major aspect of the job is traveling to RV shows around the country, promoting the Equal-i-zer Hitch.
Regarding his 14 years at Equal-i-zer, McCann had nothing but positive things to say. “I can’t believe how fast time has gone by. Being able to represent the best hitch in America is a privilege,” says Deven McCann. “It’s rewarding knowing our products are the best in the business and will give all of our customers the best towing experience.” In his 14 years at Equal-i-zer Hitch, McCann has created friendships with co-workers and dealers that will last a lifetime. McCann believes friendships based on trust are the one of the reasons the Equal-i-zer Hitch is consistently voted America’s Favorite Hitch.

Of the many destinations McCann has traveled as a sales representative, one of his favorites was a show located in Puerto Rico. “Puerto Rico was a legendary show location. But any show can be a favorite of mine when it comes to the people I encounter and work with,” says McCann. “Another place that always brings a smile to my face is Buc-ee’s! If you’re from the south, you know how legendary this gas station is.”
