Entegra Hosts ’23 Homecoming at Elkhart County Fairgrounds
GOSHEN, Ind. – Last week, Entegra Coach hosted another year of its Homecoming event, according to a press release from Entegra. This year nearly 500 luxury diesel coach owners, staff and suppliers attended this annual celebration of learning, celebrating each other and memory making. Approximately 200 coaches arrived at the Elkhart County 4-H Fairgrounds in Goshen, and festivities ran from 8 a.m. Tuesday, May 23 through noon on Friday, May 26. (RVBusiness attended the Homecoming. Pat Carroll, Director of Product Development, held his annual “What’s New” session to discuss all of the changes and additions to the 2024 models on Tuesday. The highlight being the launch of a new 37K, the first non-tag-axle Anthem floorplan, which is the company’s initial entry into shorter luxury models. Owners then walked through a full display of new models and spent one-on-one time with the Entegra Coach sales and product development teams. The evening concluded with a happy hour and BBQ with music from the band South of Somewhere.
Wednesday was filled with training classes and a vendor fair. The 60s Revival themed evening began with Entegra Ambassador – Anne Klumpp, introducing her specialty C-Light Sea Breeze cocktail to the group. A management program featuring company executives followed, which included a tribute to Joyce Skinner, Director of Motorized Customer Service, for her upcoming retirement after 32 years at the Jayco® Family of Companies. The night concluded with a Beatles® tribute band, Fab Four.
Training classes resumed and continued throughout the day Thursday, which provided extensive information in the operation and maintenance of their coaches, as well as ways to further enjoy the RV lifestyle. The evening offered guests a Western Roundup experience with professional Roper Kevin Fitzpatrick and his son surprising the attendees during cocktail hour with a lasso and whip trick performance. Following dinner, Barry & Dari Anne Amato gave a Western Dance exhibition prior to Country Star Aaron Tippin taking the stage and igniting the crowd. The night wrapped up with Line Dance lessons and music from the Sawyer Brothers Band. The owners then made their way back to their coaches for the annual lighting of the C-Lights. A tradition of turning on all of the coaches’ front lights for aerial pictures of the fairgrounds.
Pat Carroll’s Suggestion Session was the highlight of Friday, where owners have a chance to provide the product development, engineering, sales and executive teams with feedback on ways to improve coaches for the following model year. At noon units began to leave to conclude the 2023 Homecoming events.
“We couldn’t have asked for a better week with our loyal customers,” stated Nic Martin – Vice President of Sales. “This week is really a chance for us to express our gratitude to our Entegra Coach owner’s, while offering them the opportunity to learn more about their coaches and I think our team has been successful on both those fronts this week.”
The event was made possible by Platinum sponsor Spartan® RV Chassis, Gold sponsors Lippert® and Riverpark® along with many more Silver and Bronze level sponsors. Dates for next years annual Entegra Coach Homecoming event will be May 21 – 24,2024 at its traditional location, the Elkhart County 4-H Fairgrounds.
